Exhibitor fees remain at the same level for the fourth consecutive year

Bookfest 2025 Guest of Honor: Portuguese Literature

The Romanian Publishers Association announces the launch of registrations for the 18th edition of the Bookfest International Book Fair, which will take place from May 28 to June 2, in pavilion B2 of Romexpo, Bucharest. By unanimous decision of the Board of Directors, participation fees are kept at the same level as in the last three editions, in support of a book market that is going through a very sensitive situation. Small publishing houses will also pay half the cost applied to large publishers, in order to encourage the diversification of the editorial offer and enrich the experience of the public, who will continue to benefit from free entry to all Bookfest events.

Publishers who wish to register as exhibitors at Bookfest 2025 can do so, starting today, March 20, by completing the registration form until April 6, 2025. Details regarding the method of allocating spaces, prices, registration deadlines, as well as other important information can be found in the General and Technical Regulations.

As in previous years, the public will have free access both to the fair and to all related events that will take place throughout Bookfest.

The Bookfest 2025 International Book Fair is organized by the Romanian Publishers Association, under the aegis of the Romanian Publishers Federation and with the support of the Embassy of the Portuguese Republic in Romania and the Camões Institute.
